Moldovan president signs decree appointing adviser in social development sector

President Nicolae Timofti has signed a decree appointing Vladimir Sarban as presidential adviser in the social development sector, as of 8 February 2016, with the acceptance of his resignation from the office of deputy secretary general  of the Moldovan President's Apparatus.
