On behalf of the people of the Republic of Moldova and my own, I have the honor to extend my cordial congratulations on the official anniversary of the birthday of Your Royal Highness. Please also accept the congratulations on the occasion of the National Day of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, accompanied by wishes for peace and prosperity for all Luxembourgers.
I am pleased to note the good and fruitful cooperation between our countries, assuring you of the firm interest of the Republic of Moldova to diversify and amplify relations both bilaterally and multilaterally, in the spirit of friendship and mutual respect.
I would like to emphasize that the Republic of Moldova highly appreciates the support of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the process of rallying to EU standards, as well as the willingness you show to provide support throughout our European life, while expressing your sincere thanks.
