DEAR MR. PRESIDENT,
On the occasion of celebration of the National Day of the Italian Republic, I take great pleasure to address, on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova and my own, the most sincere congratulations, accompanied by wishes of peace, prosperity and progress for the Italian people, heavily challenged by the COVID-19 pandemic.
On this day of profound connotation for all Italians, I would like to mention the dynamic and constructive nature of bilateral relations between our states. I would like to express my confidence that the Moldovan-Italian ties of friendship and collaboration will continue to develop in the spirit of mutual trust and good understanding, knowing new opportunities in different areas of common interest.
Also, allow me to reiterate the special feelings I share with the Italian people. I sincerely hope that by combining efforts and civic solidarity we will overcome the unprecedented challenge.
